Moving a mobile home takes preparation. To help make the process smooth and avoid delays, we’ve created a simple checklist of everything you should do before moving day.
Disconnect Utilities
Make sure all utilities are properly shut off before moving day.
What to do:

Schedule disconnection of electricity

Clear Access to the Home
We need enough space to safely move equipment and transport your home.
What to do:

Remove vehicles from driveway and surrounding area

Trim trees or branches blocking access

Make sure roads/driveways are wide enough

Unlock gates or provide access codes
Remove Obstacles Around the Home
Anything attached or close to the home can slow down the process.
What to do:

Remove skirting (if not included in your service)

Take down porches, decks, and steps

Remove awnings or carports

Clear outdoor furniture and items
Secure the Interior
Items inside your home can shift during transport.
What to do:
